We have several sales managers that want to set up a blog site where they can share stories about their interactions with customers, management techniques, etc. They seem to think that this will be easier than doing it via e-mail because there will be threads this way. I’m not familiar with any business-oriented blog sites…any suggestions of one that works well and is easy to use?

There are two ways you can do this.
You can setup a free blog, I recommend blogger.com they are owned by Google and free.
Then you could also install a Wordpress blog, on your company site. You just log into your web host account and install it with Fantastico.
